Covered Bridge is a Fuzzy Zoeller designed 18-hole course nestled on a gently rolling plain at the foot of Southern Indiana's famous Floyds Knobs. Each hole has been laid out to emphasize the natural beauty of the landscape and panorama. The par 72 circuit features five lakes, a meandering creek and is pleasantly forested. Greens are gently contoured and trap placement is challenging but not punishing. Paved cart paths connect all tees and carts can be driven anywhere on the course's Zoysia grass fairways. Each hole offers a choice of four separate tees matching the course to the ability level of any player.

Indian Springs Golf Club, a scenic, championship, par 72 golf course, is ranked in the top 10 of Louisville's finest 18 hole golf courses. The course winds through and nestles with a beautiful residential neighborhood in the city's east end. Named for the natural spring that meanders through the playing areas, Indian Springs Golf Club is designed for golfers of all skill levels. Every hole on this championship course requires a distinctively different approach. With a course rating of 73.0 and a slope rating of 131, strategically placed tee shots are essential for a low scoring game.

The tree-lined fairways are carpeted with a hardy Quickstand Bermuda grass and the greens are Penn Links Bent grass. Both fairways and greens are meticulously maintained and pampered. Numerous water hazards, including two large lakes, come into play on seven of eighteen holes.

The 18th hole is one of the best finishing holes in the city. The test on the 18th is the natural spring that emerges from the base of the Clubhouse and cuts across the face of the green. This tree-lined, par 4 hole completes a most memorable round of play for all those golfers who are new to or familiar with Indian Springs.

This club has three 9-hole courses that are played in three 18-hole combinations. These courses have water hazards and many trees. The Gambel-West and East Course was built on hilly terrain and water comes into play on four holes. The Mearns-East and South Course has three water hazards. This combination, beginning with the East Course, was ranked in 1994 by "Business First," as having the hardest starting hole in Kentucky. The Bob White-South and West Course has water hazards on two holes. The South Course has four holes with out-of bounds stakes lining its tree-lined fairways. Early bird discounts are also available at this course. There are separate ladies' slope and course ratings for each of the tees.

Nevel Meade is a Scottish links style course with a plethora of sand traps. The fairways are bent grass and the greens are large with moderate undulation. There are a couple of holes with a stream in play, but no lakes or ponds. They do have deep heather if you stray far enough from the fairways. Very few trees. The course is at a high elevation for the area...expect wind.
